Human Footprints In Stone?
That’s right. Human footprints in the fossil record. This video and website explore the phenomena of human footprints in the fossil record. Many and in fact most of these footprints are out of place. This means that the human footprints are in rock layers that are supposedly too old for modern human footprints to exist.
The existence of these prints is another example of evidence that brings into question the commonly held view that the earth is 4.6 billion years old and modern man has only been on the scene for the last 200,000 years.
It is our position that the Bible gives simple and rational explanations for the creation of the earth and the arrival of man on the scene. It is also our position that there is plenty of evidence to support both the Bible as a historical document and trustworthy source for the genesis of the universe, earth, and all life. This video and website is just a small piece of the evidence.
In the video, Forbidden History II: Footprints In Stone, we will discuss the Paluxy River area near Glen Rose, Texas. The Paluxy River was one of the first places where multiple human footprints in stone were found. We will take a look the history of the Paluxy River footprints, interview eye witnesses who have seen the human footprints in situ, review footprints found in other locations, and discuss the implications.
Today the idea that dinosaurs and man were separated by 65 million years is accepted as fact with little question by most people. This website was created to support and complement the film documentary “Footprints in Stone: Forbidden History II.” You can only fit so much information into a 30 minute documentary, and it is our desire to provide you with as much detail as possible regarding this topic. This website is broken up into several sections:
In history section of the site, you can learn much more of the history surrounding the Paluxy River man tracks and other human footprints in stone. The history of the human footprints found in the Paluxy River is important to the issue because most of the human tracks which were exposed in the early 1900’s have been lost to erosion and continued flooding. Also, many of the people who saw the tracks in the early years are no longer living and their stories and testimonies have been lost with time. Read quotes from those who first discovered the human tracks and watch interviews with those who knew some of the old timers who discovered the tracks.
In the footprints section of the website, we have included a detailed review of many of the more prominent footprints in stone. When possible, we have included images. A picture is worth a thousand words and that is especially true regarding this issue. Many but not all of the more prominent human footprints that have been discovered have been discovered in and around Glen Rose, Texas. Most recently was the Willet Print which actually was discovered in the 1950, but was kept in a personal collection for more than 40 years. This footprint is unquestionably human and truly amazing. Also, discovered in the Paluxy River area was the Delk print which is truly remarkable in that it contains not only a human footprint, but also a dinosaur foot print. The interviews that we conducted were much more in-depth than could be included on the 30 minute video and there were a couple of people interviewed that we did not include in the video due to the length of time given to present the video. Those interviews and more are included here and also in other areas of the site. One of the most interesting videos of all was not even originally planned throughout the production of the documentary, but just as we were finishing, we gained information that lead us to a person that was actually in Dinosaur Valley State Park on the day it opened. His testimony is eyeopening. Watch that testimony and other here.
There is and continues to be a controversy over the Taylor trail which was a series of human footprints that were excavated in the late 1960’s. The controversy is discussed here. It is not our intention to hide any information or mislead anyone in any way. It is our desire to present evidence and let individuals decide for themselves what they think about this issue. Much of academia and the scientific community will not accept even the thought of this evidence because it completely contradicts the theory of evolution and the presuppositions that most of establishment science holds regarding origins.
